License Agreement with iDentalfy® for Smile Design Technology

HALF DENTAL® ANNOUNCES LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH IDENTALFY® FOR INTUITIVE SMILE TECHNOLOGY

Las Vegas, NV August 23, 2011, 11:11 a.m. During its Annual & General Meeting held today in Las Vegas, Half Dental Inc. (HD) announced that it has signed its first license agreement with a third party web platform. iDentalfy®, a web based company based in Phoenix, AZ, has licensed the iDentalfy™ technology for use in Half Dental branded companies.

“We could not have asked for a better technology platform Licensee for our consumer vertical, than iDentalfy,” said Richard Blanchard DDS, Half Dental’s Clinicle Director.

Under the terms of the agreement, Half Dental intends to streamline its communications with patients by incorporating iDentalfy’s® intuitive design and branding. The companies will work towards creating a line of iDentalfy’s products featuring the personalized DentaCam.  For strategic and competitive reasons, details of the agreement will remain confidential until products are released.
