Half Dental Plus members receive special reduced rates and immediate care when visiting a participating Chiropractic doctor.

Discounts:

• 50% savings on diagnostic and x-rays (except Colorado)
• 30% savings on other services

How the Program Works:

1. Members choose a participating Chiropractic provider.
2. Members call to make an appointment with a participating provider.
   The member should advise the office that they are a Comprehensive
   Health Group member when calling for an appointment.
3. Member presents their membership card at their first appointment.
4. Member receives the discounted network price for services.
5. Payment is due at the time of service.
