Click our Provider Search, enter your zip code and select a dental office that is convenient for you. When making appointments, please be sure to reference the logos on your ID Card, to refer to the correct network name.
2. DO ALL FAMILY MEMBERS NEED TO GO TO THE SAME DOCTOR?
Each family member can choose their own HalfDental provider. Just locate one using the Provider Search.
3. IS THE HALFDENTAL PLUS PROGRAM AN INSURANCE PRODUCT?
No, the HalfDental Plus program is a reduced fee program in which the HD providers have agreed to provide health care to HD members for a reduced fee. This results in meaningful member savings in comparison to the normal (UCR) fees typically charged by doctors.
4. DO I NEED TO REMAIN A MEMBER DURING MY ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT?
Yes, you must continue to be a member of the HalfDental program throughout your entire orthodontic treatment if you want to continue to receive the reduced fees for services provided by a HD provider.
5. ARE PRE-EXISTING DENTAL CONDITIONS DISCOUNTED?
Yes, the HalfDental Plus program allows pre-existing conditions to be discount if the procedure is listed in the fee schedule. Procedures started prior to the effective date of membership are not eligible for a discount.
6. IS THIS PROGRAM INSURANCE
No, this is a discount fee for service plan. All fees will be paid by the patient, directly to the provider, at a set discount.
7. IS LASIK VISION CORRECTION COVERED BY HALFDENTAL PLUS
Yes, The HalfDental Plus will help you save on LASIK and CRT Vision Correction.
8. HOW CAN I FIND A LIST OF PARTICIPATING PROVIDERS OR LOCATIONS?
To find a participating provider for dental, vision, chiropractic, hearing or pharmacy services click the Provider Search and then enter your zip code.
9. MY DOCTOR IS NOT A PART OF THE HALFDENTAL PLUS PROGRAM. HOW CAN I ADD HIM/HER TO THE NETWORK?
