Veneers gained popularity after celebrities radically perfected their smiles with this relatively simple procedure. Veneers have the ability to drastically change the appearance of your teeth like no other cosmetic treatment can. These results are achieved thanks to the uniqueness of veneers: they are essentially a very thin shell of ceramic material which is bonded to the front of your natural teeth. As such they can easily give you a whiter smile, change the shape and size of your teeth as well as their general arrangement. The result can be either subtle, or a dramatically different smile.

These fantastic results could not be obtained without the thorough care and assessment provided by HALF DENTAL; first we will work with you to design a smile that is perfect for you. Then we will use a variety of techniques to accurately image the current state of your teeth; this includes X-rays, photographs and computer imaging.

The impressions from your teeth will be passed onto our 3rd generation master ceramist who will use them to construct your new smile. About three days after your initial consultation, your natural teeth will be slightly buffed and contoured so the veneers can be fitted onto them naturally. You will receive temporary veneers made of plastic, but in shape identical to the final veneers. At this point you can see what the end result will be like, and any last changes can still be made. One week afterwards the final porcelain veneers will be adhered to your teeth. The entire cosmetic procedure can take as little as 5-6 days!
